Important Safety Instructions: DO NOT use the Reflux Band if you have an implanted pacemaker, implanted cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), a vagus nerve stimulator, or other similar devices implanted in your chest or neck. Contact your doctor before using the Reflux Band if you have glaucoma, carotid artery disease, thyroid disease, a history of cerebrovascular disease, or any disorder of connective tissue (e.g., Marfan’s Syndrome or Ehlhers-Danlos Syndrome), if pregnant or breastfeeding, using continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or are under 18 years of age. Consult your doctor prior to using any OTC treatment for LPR if you are a current or former smoker, are spitting up blood, or are losing weight as these may be symptoms of an upper aero-digestive system malignancy.
